  All the leather entering our central warehouse in Waalwijk must be 100% OK and ready for immediate shipment. In order to maintain the quality of the leather as high as possible, regular inspections are carried out at the source. As product consistency is one of Van Hoorn´s priorities, several measures are taken to safeguard the quality of the leather.
We always have a team of our own inspectors available at the source to ensure quality on time shipments. They also make suggestions about how to improve the quality of certain
products. Apart from that, all products are regularly tested for CHR VI, PCP, AZ0-dyes and Formaldehyd both at the tanneries and in laboratories in Germany. On request, the leather will be delivered with a test report.
